We strive to make owning and caring for a plant fun! If you're not having fun, we want to help! We guarantee if you buy a cutting from us, you're going to get a plant!
Customer service is important to our mission of spreading happiness through Plants. Please give us the opportunity to fix any of our mistakes or help you be happier with your purchase.
If you bought a cutting and it decays or rots before producing a plant, does not produce a plant or roots, or plant dies very young (within 60 days of sale) contact us to return entire Space Plant product including cutting, intact pot, dome, drip dish, soil, and accessories for a free replacement cutting or small sprouted plant!
If you bought a sprouted plant or planted cutting, return it within 30 days of sale.
Free replacements may not be the same variety as the original, and are based on available inventory.
In some circumstances plant may fail to thrive. We can help! In these cases even older Space Plants may be eligible for free replacement! Contact us for evaluation.
If any space plants product is found to be defective, please allow us to make it up to you. Return the product for evaluation and free replacement.
Returns of used potting materials including intact pots, domes, and drip dishes, can provide between 5-15% discounts on new Space Plants products!
Space Plants affected with powdered mildew or predatory insects are not eligible for free replacement, and must be disposed of (unless it came from us that way, in which case we'd like to know). However, the return of cleaned and intact drip dish, dome, accessories, and pot -without soil- will give a 15% discount on a new Space Plant!
Shipping costs, if applicable, are not covered under warranty, but may be provided at the company's sole discretion. We're currently a new company and shipping costs may be harder for us to cover, but we'll do our best to make you happy.
Space Plants are a perishable product, and are not returnable except in cases products are found to be defective on arrival or arrive with pathogenic variables. Returns service is provided at the discretion of the company.
